The Dance of Love & Fear #21

Do you believe a fear or a vow from a past life can slow you down of stop you from living your purpose is this life?

It’s 2013 and I stand with quiet strength in a room full of heart-centered women entrepreneurs. We have gathered for a two-day transformational business mastermind. I am at the front of the room in the “hot seat,” while my colleagues sit comfortably on couches in an elegant, comfortable setting.

“What will happen if you are visible? What will happen if the world sees your full power? Don’t think ― just answer,” my mentor commands.

“I will be killed.”

I stand between worlds with one foot in present time and the other in a past life. A woman in the room gasps and tears stream down my cheeks. I speak of being burned at the stake as empowered woman and healer.

“I am no longer afraid of being killed because I know that my essence, my soul cannot be destroyed. They tortured and killed the community of women healers that I led. They made me watch as each one of my soul sisters died. I begged for them to spare my sisters and just kill me. I died with every woman before they destroyed my body. I made a vow that I would never again put the lives of my sisters in jeopardy. I committed to traveling alone: When they find and kill me the next time, no one else will die because of me.”

My heart breaks open as the scene unfolds in vivid detail. Both my present reality and my past life as revolutionary leader are so tangible, and powerfully connected. I don’t have proof that I have lived other lives, yet this vision forces me to resolve this past-life saga in this very lucid moment of now.

I want to crumble, to give up and disappear. My shadow, that part of me I have been unwilling ― unable ― to embrace, is demanding that I recognize its power. I have spent years hiding and suppressing the magnitude of the love, fear, and power inside me. I am keenly aware of the great potential that lies in alchemizing these emotions. I see my self-imposed shackles with crystal clarity.

For the past 32 years, I have been a professional healer and artist. But until that auspicious day, I had been playing small and staying safe, allowing fear of persecution to stop me. I justified my circumstances and convinced myself that the level of service I was providing in my healing arts business was enough – that I could fulfill my soul purpose without stepping too far outside my comfort zone.

A few years ago, I was called to awaken greater potential as not only a healer but as a revolutionary leader of healers. I resisted that inner voice, because I did not feel ready to step into this role of empowering women. I would tell myself that someday I would be ready, someday …

In late 2008, I made the commitment to get the mentoring and business training necessary to take my business to the next level. Out of that commitment came a series of synchronicities that eventually brought me to that gathering, where, steeped in a cauldron of sisterly support, the story continues …

I am being confronted by my mentor in present time, and I can feel the strength of the invisible field that keeps me from stepping into the leadership role I know I was born to fill. Although I want to support women to claim their power as fully activated healers, that outdated “never again” promise keeps me stagnant.

She stands before me, extending a deeply compassionate yet unwavering invitation: “The women from that life are looking for you lead them now. Will you show up for them?”

I feel the strength of her call, beckoning me to unleash the potency of my mission, to serve as a beacon of light that others will follow.

In a flash I see that my persistent refusal to show up in my full splendor (cloaked as valiant loyalty to a sacred vow) is the most destructive and selfish choice I could make. My resistance to lead dissolves in an instant. The old victim story of fear and persecution literally vanishes as I stand in my power: “Yes, I will show up for them.”

The victim story is only part of the truth. In other lives I have perpetrated hunting and kill*ng. An unacknowledged aspect of my soul is capable of destruction. I know in every moment we are free to choose to create or destroy life. In order to break the cycle of victim > rescuer > perpetrator, I must face the aspects inside me that are capable of such darkness.

The room dissolves and my mentor and I are dressed in priestess robes in a forest clearing where the past is completed and the present moment merges with a future time.

She says, “now is the first time in thousands of years that you are safe to reclaim your place of power. It is time to take on your sacred role as a leader in the sisterhood. You are protected and guided. Will you reclaim your place of power?”
“Yes, I will. Thank you.”

My mentor reminds me of my mother, this potent moment of her inviting me into my power heals my mother’s betrayal while activating a mystical path into my future. I know in my bones that my ability to create and destroy will be used in service to love and life. In the moment I claimed my power and released the old beliefs, I ended the victim cycle that had undermined my power as a woman and leader. I integrate the light and the dark to embrace all of me and activate my full power.

My life purpose of guiding women to reach their highest potential is unfolding with ease. I empower heart-centered women entrepreneurs to activate their healing gifts and make money while making a positive difference.

Together we create magic, beauty, financial abundance, and healing for ourselves and our communities.

We are activating soul-centered prosperity in life, love, and business, while reestablishing the sisterhood in present time.

Transform Pain into Power #20

How to transform pain into power. This episode is my perspective and tools that I have found helpful in my journey of physical, mental, and emotional pain.

I’m Christel Arcucci. You’re listening to the Embody Wealthy Podcast. The lightning path for women and empaths to quit people-pleasing, reclaim power, and create a pleasure-led legacy without apology.

Being human is a full spectrum experience. We will experience moments of incredible happiness, connection, love, joy, peace. We will also experience intense times of distress, struggle, darkness, illness, death of a loved one or a family.

I focus my work on your pleasure-led legacy, learning to navigate physical, mental, and emotional pain is essential in this exploration. While there are many teachings out there to think positive thoughts or be happy, that can bypass pain.

My approach is to acknowledge there is great pain and suffering in the world, and then choose what we do with the pain, struggle, suffering.

By embracing that struggle, the first thing to do is to breathe and come into the present moment as much as possible.

Expand your breath gently, without forcing. Anchor yourself in the environment that you are in.

Notice the sights, sounds, smells, textures, and tastes. It helps bring your attention more fully into the moment. In times of intensity, often the mind can hijack your experience and pull in extreme stress, distress, or trauma from the past.

While stressful things happened, the past and most important thing is to come into the moment, to breathe, to feel your body, even if it’s in pain.

Feel your emotions, even if they’re challenging.

I’m going to move forward with the remainder of this podcast from the perspective that you are in a safe environment, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually,

Come into the present moment by feeling more can amplify the intensity, of intense thoughts, emotions, or physical pain. Yet by breathing we can move out of a stress response.

The stress response is a natural response to stress, it is built in.

You don’t get to decide whether or not you have one. What you get to decide is how you respond to the stress.

My teaching helps you to come into the present to be with what is happening. If it is emotional distress, acknowledge the feeling. I feel sad. I feel depressed. I feel anxiety, I feel helpless. I feel powerless.

As you notice, I included, “I feel,” which is very important.

Instead of saying, I am hopeless, powerless or…

This is one fundamental way of shifting the experience of being able to turn pain into reclaiming a sense of power by feeling your feelings and noticing what is happening in your mind.

The power of the mind is extraordinary. It has created so much of the incredible things that we experience in humanity on earth right now. Yet also, the power of the mind can make things so much harder. It can make an experience of struggle a thousand times harder, depending upon what your mind is saying.

So it’s important to acknowledge the feelings, acknowledge the mental dialogue that’s happening in your mind. What is your mind telling you?

In times of intensity without training, the mind can go into what I would call the perpetrator or the bully, some people would call the villain.

It is part of the trauma triangle, which I have done many other episodes about the trauma triangle. There are 3 roles to play on the trauma triangle, victim, perpetrator, or rescuer.

In times of intensity, our own minds can become the perpetrator, being mean to ourselves. It can be self-attack, blaming, shaming, making wrong. It can be this incredible intensity that feels inescapable, right?

It’s coming from the inside and one way of turning this mental, emotional pain into power to change is by recognizing the emotions and mental dialogue by getting it out of your head and saying it out loud or writing it down.

I know that can seem challenging to do. You don’t want to give any energy to it. But, it’s like fighting a ghost.

The more that you can understand what your mind is saying to you, the more you can understand that loop that the mind gets stuck in when it’s feeling trapped or helpless or under intense stress.

The more we can understand what the story is that the mind is stuck in, then we can find ways of changing that story slowly and.

These practices are. Long-term strategies that absolutely work in support with whatever other support you are getting.

These are support tools to help you shift your experience to move out of feeling like a victim to your mental, emotional, or physical struggles and to support you to reclaim your power so you can shift your experience.

So getting clear on “I feel” and “the story I’m telling myself.” Again, it gives you some distance between the mind. When it’s in the perpetrator place, the bully, it can just declare things to be true.

As we move into physical sensations of pain all of these practices being able to see, feel, experience, the pain, whatever level it’s on, but also to be able to recognize there are other aspects of you.

So if there is a place in your physical body that feels pain to go into the pain. Feel it to gently breathe life energy into that part of your body.

Gently open the edges of where the physical pain lives, with the breath and with the power of attention. By moving your mind to a place where there’s physical pain in the body, it helps increase circulation, which moves more life force and oxygen to the area. It also can help reduce inflammation by moving out of a contracted state.

The physical aspect is breathing gently and moving gently, and being mindful of how your body is responding.

We talked about the perpetrator with the mental aspect, and the same is true for all levels of this is approaching yourself with kindness, care, compassion.

If you are with somebody who is deeply struggling, there can be this desire to save them from their suffering to rescue them. The R on VPR Triangle.

From my experience as both someone who has been through incredible intense tragedies in my life, but also someone who works with people and their struggles for a living the best thing that I can do in being with someone who’s struggling is to be with them, be beep present without trying to fix anything unless there is something that they’re specifically asking for that would help them.

You’re doing the same thing when it’s inside yourself, bringing your presence.

What I like to think of as my CEO self, the one who is in charge of everything, keeping that part in charge. Just like the CEO of a company understands what’s happening in the company, understands the employees are gonna have struggles, but the CEO stays in charge rather than letting a wounded part run the company or stop momentum moving forward.

The same thing is happening in your life. Okay, I’m really struggling right now, this is really hard and this wounded part of me is trying to hijack this whole situation and get me stuck in an emotional feedback loop or a downward mental spiral, or creating more physical pain by making choices that don’t support healing.

it’s important to recognize that your CEO self stays in charge. You could call that your infinite self, your higher self, whatever most resonates with you, and being open to the experience of all the parts.

The CEO self is never the perpetrator saying, “I don’t want to hear about your struggle. Just get back to work.”

Right? That’s a wounded or immature part. Staying in the CEO self, the CEO is able to hold the big picture and to also support in navigating the metaphorical ship of yourself through a storm, through the intensity.

If you were in a storm and the captain of a ship, if there was a crew member that was ill and down with a fever and hallucinating, you wouldn’t be like, “Hey, you should come steer the ship through this storm.”

But that’s often what happens when we give the power to direct and guide our life to a part that it is in deep pain and suffering mentally,  emotionally, physically, spiritually, that is where things can go from bad to worse.

It is important to acknowledge the challenge, the suffering, the pain, yet keeping the CEO. In charge the executive function of your brain, which is a practice, right? Because when you go into fight or flight into a stress response even of please or freeze the survival part of your brain takes over.

Doing this practice of being able to feel pain in any way yet to keep your CEO self in charge, to acknowledge the pain, to validate the feelings, yet to make the best possible choices to navigate them.

Do these practices on a daily basis when it isn’t an extreme situation is the easiest way to make it a habit.

When you’re facing an incredibly stressful time that these practices are built, on acknowledging the emotions, validating the feelings, recognizing the story that the wounded mind is running, feeling physical pain, feeling spiritual pain, yet being able to stay in a, an empowered place to make the best possible choices.

This practice, doing this with yourself supports you in then being able to be with someone else who is struggling to be with them, and simply being with somebody in their pain, breathing with them.

Being with pain and suffering can make such a huge difference.

The last few years have amplified the mental health crisis, the health crisis in the US, which is where I’m based.

Learning to tend to ourselves first and be with each other when we’re in pain. Learning to move out of a stress response into an empowered place to make the best possible choices.

So much of what I see in the collective. Is V P R is the trauma triangle. It’s glorified on television, in media, this victim, perpetrator, or rescuer.

As we individually can step off of the trauma triangle to learn, to navigate our own intensity, our own pain, the things within ourselves that we don’t want to look, it makes us better able to look at what we see in other people that we’re not thrilled about, and to better be able to come together to make the world a better place for everyone.

A sustainable, loving, supportive environment for all people.

Take a gentle breath, if it feels good for you to let out a sigh or a sound with your exhale if you feel stressed in your body, gently moving, turning your head, rotating your wrists, moving your fingers, moving your hips, side to side, enlivening. your body with your breath.

As we learn to be with our own pain, whether it is pain from the past pain we are currently experiencing or fear of future pain, we become better able to be with and support others who are struggling.

As you are breathing, envision golden light in your heart center, swirling in your heart, enlivening your body, able to hold any human experience.

You’re able to love any human struggle.

Gently breathing in, gently breathing out.

Notice emotions. Notice mental thoughts. Notice physical sensations

As we move into deeper practice. I invite you to keep breathing gently, yet as deeply as you can. And moving into or closer to places that are challenging and then moving away into an area that feels more neutral or maybe even good.

For example, in this moment in my left sit bone, left hip, there is discomfort, physical discomfort. There is also a mental story attached to it from when I was injured. There are also emotions attached to this physical discomfort that I’m experiencing.

The tendency without practice is to get consumed by contraction, by the pain, by the mental, emotion, fear, or physical pain.

The practice is to be able to identify and notice the experience from the CEO self, from your higher self, from the observer.

There’s physical pain there. There’s a mental story connected and emotions, and as I move deeper into the contraction, it gets bigger. Then it moves up into my heart, all the way up into the left side of my head. My heart feels heavy. So instead of letting the contracted experience, the pain body take over, I move towards it but not too deep. I move closer to it. I breathe gently at the edges of it.

I hold the vision for healing life force to return to this physical, mental, emotional experience that I’m having.

Gentle breathing, awareness, noticing I’m breathing gently, yet as deeply as possible.

I’m allowing movement in my body so that I don’t get stuck in the contraction.

eExpansion, contraction, light, and dark, day and night, winter and summer. They are an expression of nature.

The parts of my experience that I don’t like aren’t bad or wrong. They are part of the experience that we chose in becoming human.

Shifting perception that pain is a problem, pain is an experience, gives you more power to make better choices, and to not collapse into pain or contraction.

Being able to breathe gently to notice, acknowledge, validate my experience without giving all my power to it, is where incredible transformation can happen.

Breathing gently and choosing what I want to experience. Breathing at the edges of the discomfort, bringing light and life into the contraction in my physical, mental, emotional.

Inhaling gently, exhaling softly.

If the practice gets too intense, then you are regulating yourself. You are choosing to move to a different area, whether that’s physical, mental, emotional.

I focus on the right side of my body where there’s greater freedom and ease. As I tune in energetically, it feels lighter.

My left hip, where I was focusing my attention feels heavier, denser, more solid, so I’m moving my awareness into and out of pain, contraction, tightness, heaviness to not make that wrong.

Making the experience of pain wrong fuels the power to stay stuck there.

Develop your ability to notice, acknowledge, validate your experience, shift your awareness to different parts of your experience and to use your power to choose.

What emotions do I feel now?

What emotions do I want to feel now in the intensity of a very difficult emotional experience?

it’s important not to gaslight yourself in saying, I feel fabulous if you don’t.

What do you want to feel?

I want to feel lighter. I want to feel greater freedom in my body, mind, heart, and a lot of people will say in speaking, wanting creates more wanting.

Movie from the deep contraction of pain and redirect your attention, your focus, your mental, emotional, physical power to shift towards what you want is an incredible transformation that happens little by little.

The ability to be with intensity, the ability to create a path in the present and into the future that is different than the automatic override of past pain or trauma.

Gentle practice of being with your own experience.

The more you can practice doing this with yourself, the easier it becomes to be with other people who are in an intense experience to be with rather than. Going back into the trauma triangle of trying to rescue someone.

Gentle breath, gentle awareness of your emotional experience, your emotional body, gentle awareness of your mental experience. And the way the patterns of the mind can hijack you into the past.

This practice is a pathway to create a different experience in the present and moving forward.

It is generally not going to be a quick fix. Where, poof, while your troubles are gone.

it is an invitation to shift the way you work with stress, pain, struggle, any of the less desirable or totally undesirable experiences that are part of being. When you’re able to see these experiences that we would rather not experience as part of being human, then we can use that experience to transform the present and the future.

Learn to use the experience of challenge to fuel creative projects in whatever form turns you on, whether that is through writing, speaking, touch, through connecting with family members or friends or in your business or your career.

When we take pain from being a problem and to acknowledge that it’s simply part of our experience and what can we do with.

With the challenging side of being human, how can that inform the present you are creating and the future you want to create?
If you are unfamiliar with my story, my work came out of iIntense physical, mental, emotional pain, and a desire to first heal myself, transform my own experience and my life, and to then be able to help others.

When I am struggling in an intense experience the most powerful thing that I do is ask myself how does this flavor of life force want to move in and through and as me?

As a creative, as an artist, as a healer a a human on the path of awakening my greatest potential t is essential, to acknowledge that pain is part of our experience.

What can I do with pain/challenge/struggle when it happens?

I deeply desire that it transforms my life and transforms the lives of the people close to me, and it transforms the future of humanity on earth.

Simple practices of being with your emotional experience, being with the mental story that you’re experiencing, NS being with your physical experience.

This has been the most intense podcast episode I have created, and it’s so important because we’re in this intense time in the US in the middle of the winter holidays and so many people are struggling.

These practices of being with our own experience, being better able to be with others, to acknowledge the ways in which our culture is so dysfunctional and so many systems are hyper dysfunctional and bringing it back to how do I feel about pain?

How do I transform my experience in service to the greater good?

First acknowledging that it’s part of our human experience and then choosing how I handle it within myself and interact with others.

Transform pain into power by seeing it as life force energy that wants to move through me with a particular flavor to inspire certain actions in my life.

Life challenges can be incredibly healing to myself, those around me and all of humanity.

Desire is Your Creative Power #19

Desire is a taboo topic in our culture, especially for women and the focus of this episode is to unlock your access to the power of the life force energy that is your desire.

I’m Christel Arcucci. You’re listening to the Embody Wealthy Podcast. The lightning path for women and empaths to quit people-pleasing, reclaim power, and create a pleasure-led legacy without apology.

Desire and wanting are forbidden. Especially for women in a religious context, but then also in many of the new age spirituality and in some law of attraction teachings, desire and wanting have been hijacked and made into something to be avoided at all cost. 

I want to speak about the trauma triangle for a moment because it plays into the dysfunctional power dynamics that make this possible for people to believe that desire and wanting are bad.

The very simplified version of the trauma triangle is there are three points in the triangle, three roles that you play in all dysfunctional relationships. You can be the victim, the perpetrator, or the rescuer. When you are engaging with somebody in this framework, those are the only three possibilities, and if somebody is playing a certain role, you can only choose from one of the other roles.

I call this VPR for short, victim, perpetrator, rescuer. 

There are many people that use this framework and they use different words, but the meaning is the same in essence. So if you are wanting from a place of holding victim energy that you will never receive what you’re wanting. If you hold the belief t’s impossible for you, or wanting is bad, or desire is bad.

If you’re holding this place of being powerless, being the victim, then you can stay stuck in just wanting, in just holding desire without receiving what you are wanting. 

The focus of this episode is to support you to move out of powerlessness in whatever form into a place of clear, empowered desire or wanting. 

Some people say it’s one word or the other that’s okay to use and my perspective is it’s more the energetics of your desire or your wanting. 

If you are approaching what you want or desire from a place of powerlessness, from believing that the only way you can receive this is if somebody saves you from the victim position on the triangle. You are likely to stay stuck. 

When you step off of the trauma triangle and start engaging in relationships with yourself with other people and with your life in general, from an empowered place, empowered desire, empowered wanting, then you are tapping into the power to create. 

You are tapping in to the energy of your life force. 

To be able to create and receive what you desire. That is the focus that we’re looking at, is how do you step off of the trauma triangle into a place of power of believing that you can create what you desire. 

You can create what you want, and most likely when you begin doing this, practice regularly and tapping into the fire of desire. 

Desire is the fire of life force energy. 

The desire to create something new in your life and maybe something new for the world and often what happens, especially with women, empaths and healers, is we have become afraid of our own power, perhaps even conditioned to shy away from our fire, from our power to create change for a variety of reasons. 

There’s a lot of dysfunctional religious programming, programming in the spirituality, new age world law of attraction, and especially for what is traditionally seen as feminine arts, creativity, healing, intuition, connection with nature.

These things in our culture are seen as bad and wrong, so what we are focusing on today in order to giving you the key to unlock your ability to trust, your desire, to trust your power, to trust your wanting, your intuition. One small action and one. Step at a time. 

I think the dominant narrative has intentionally shaped this fear to keep the majority of people feeling disempowered from being able to create the experience in our own lives and the collective that we desire.

I am here to change that, to give you the key so that you trust your fire, you trust your desire to make the world a better place, starting with your own life, believing that you being taken care of you, having the money, the support, the resources, the connections that you need, to have your needs more than taken care of so that then you can contribute to the greater good in whatever way lights you up.

From my experience, each one of us has a different focus, slightly different, sometimes radically different, but from my perspective and experience in this field for over 30 years, that everything will be taken care of. 

If each one of us stands in our power, claims our desires, utilizes the life force energy of our fire to create change, that the world can be transformed in a short amount of time.

It begins with you. It begins with you who are listening to this right now. 

You restoring your trust in yourself, you tapping into your desire to have a better life for yourself, for your family, and for the world. 

I invite you to make yourself as comfortable as possible so that you can soften your body and move into a state of deeper relaxation.

Breathing into your heart center. 

Fueling love, love inside of your own heart. 

As the rest of your body relaxes, you are following my voice into a deeper state of consciousness, a deeper state of divine mind that gives you access to the truth of your soul. 

And the truth of your soul is always looking for what is best for you and for the greater good.

Gentle breaths support you in going deeper and deeper into relaxation. Settling, settling. Settling and you find yourself in a cave deep in the earth and there is a fire burning in the cave, Creating the perfect temperature.

The flames and sparks weaving up into the air. You find yourself mesmerized and you hear from deep within the belly of the Earth, I trust you. I trust your power. I trust how life force moves through you and inspires you is completely unique to you. 

What you want, what you desire is your gift to the world. That includes the things that seem beautiful and yes, also there is work to be done with your shadow desires. 

The desires that you feel ashamed of. What do you want that you think is terrible? It is the movement of life force. It doesn’t necessarily need to be expressed as you see it or feel it. What you are beginning to understand now is the flow of life force. 

When your mind grabs on to a desire, tries to control, contain, confine it, shape it into something that will be pleasing to others. 

That reaction is part of what has gotten humanity to the point you are at. What you fear most if you dominate it, control it, contain it, confine it, use it for only your benefit somehow that will lead to awakening. 

That is misguided life force energy. 

Your practice with your desire. Is to sit at the fire with your desire, looking into the flames, looking into the flow of life force.

What do you have to teach me?

What is. That you are showing me about myself or humanity.

Desire isn’t always practical and linear.

Sometimes it is a beautiful metaphor and mind bending practice of going deeper. Desire can help you to process stress from this life and past lives. It can help you unlock the way that trauma and pain has become constricted in your body Mind. In your collective experience, life force energy, what if everything is an expression of life force energy when a desire arises that you feel resistant to or afraid of. 

Look directly into the fire, look into it, and look deeper, feel deeper, look deeper than what you see on the surface. 

Humanity is captivated by the superficial, by the stress response fight, flight, please or freeze. 

Go deeper. Find the flow of life force.

Find the truth of your desire. When you go deep enough into desire, you will find your truth. You will find your core values. You will find what your soul came to earth to do.

So much time is spent not trusting, not believing, of only looking at the superficial surface and being afraid of that and turning away when the deeper layers, when the deepest truth is underneath a facade, go deeper. 

What is your desire? 

What is your wanting?

The bulk of humanity has bought into the belief that pleasure is bad. We won’t talk about why that is, because it is obvious where that belief is rooted. Who perpetuated that belief? 

What if pleasure, what if the flow of life force, what if delight, enjoyment, full expression is the point? 

What if pleasure is the point?

What if embodied experience of life on earth is the reason that you are here to find what delights you, excites you? 

And lights your fire and oh yes.

There can easily be the discussion of addiction. What? About when the pursuit of pleasure goes too far. Ah, so much of what humanity is struggling with is a dysfunctional relationship with power is rooted in the trauma triangle. Victim, perpetrator, or rescuer, choose your role. These are the only three that are available. This is the dominant narrative on planet Earth, right?

Step off the trauma triangle, find what lights you up, what excites you, what fills you up, and gives you such great abundance that you can then do what’s most important to. 

What if that is your gift to humanity? 

What fuels your body, mind, heart, and aligns you with your soul Truth.

The place that humanity is struggling right now is with dysfunctional power dynamics. 

Yyou only get to be the victim, the perpetrator, or the rescuer. 

The way off the triangle, the trauma triangle of victim, perpetrator, or rescuer is to step off and create a new relationship with power. 

Begin being aware of and mindful how you play out VPR by yourself, with yourself, and with those closest to you, and even with your desire.

“Desire is bad. Desire is forbidden. I can’t do that.” 

What if you make room for the life force energy that moves through you, that is you. 

What would you create if you weren’t limited by time or money? 

You could create anything and everything you want. I believe that if you are here and listening to me, you will create a better world for humanity

I want you to be able to receive abundance, more abundance, wealth support than you can imagine to create a life of fullness of health, creativity, doing the projects that your soul longs to express. 

Your life force energy is guiding you towards it, nudging you towards it. Perhaps you’re already in alignment and doing it in a way.

Ah, and in this moment, can you open more to the life force that is pulsing through you as. 

I want to create a world of incredible collaboration and co-creation that is in service to embodied love and aligned with nature.

All humans are supported. With their health, mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, which creates more life, more health, more beauty, and the ability to embrace and express the shadow. Yes. Yes, yes. 

This can be challenging to see what will happen when humanity embraces the light and the shadow life and death part of embracing your life force energy.

Your desire is the lifecycle. Creation, maintenance and dissolution. There cannot only be creation. There is a time to maintain and a time for things to return back to life force. This is part of the fear of desire is the dissolution, the death part of the cycle, the letting go. It is an essential part of the cycle of nature and you are part of nature.

Hmm, and your desire is pure fire. 

Practice with your desire, befriend your wanting. 

Sit with your shadow, your fears, what holds you back. 

Breathe, move, embody your humanity, which is both light and shadow, sun and moon, creation and destruction. You are a powerful creator and at some point this expression of your body mind will dissolve and return source life force energy. 

How will you use your life force energy to create? 

What will you create? 

How gracefully can you let go?

Gently and slowly begin to take a deeper breath and liven your body with gentle movements, wiggling your fingers, your toes, your ankles, knees. Mm. Rocking your hips side to side. 

Enlivening your body with your breath, bringing your awareness back into the physical room or space you are in.

Another fuller, deeper breath and slowly open your eyes, taking in the light, the color in your room, and weaving together the power of this session into your waking life. 

You have the power to bring together your unconscious mind and your conscious mind to fuel the power of your desire to create what you want in your life and in the world.

You might notice my voice is extra sultry this week. This episode is about surrender and was supposed to be recorded and published many days ago.

My journey has been into a deeper and deeper experience of surrender.

I know this podcast would be a transmission and healing experience of surrender that would benefit me and you. Yet the amount and depth of surrender… the consistent invitation to surrender this week has made it so that I will be more careful in selecting podcast topics in the future.

My adventure of surrender to prepare for this episode started when I saw, heard and felt the opening for the hypnosis journey for this episode as a physical transmission.

I could feel the journey changing me.

Then I invited on a four day overnight river trip where my invitation is to surrender, to receive to not be in control to not even know the plan.

I prefer solo adventures. This adventure is not possible without a guide, so I either trust, let go of control or don’t go on this adventure.

I love being in nature, and rivers are magical to me. I’m endlessly fascinated by the continuous flow of water. It’s a physical manifestation of power, flow, and unlimited abundance.

I know this adventure will stretch me and, of course, the answer is yes I want to go.

I make plans, clearing my schedule, ordering the supplies that I will need and preparing myself for this grand adventure of surrender, but in the meantime my allergy situation gets Out of control.

I lose my voice and can’t record because of extreme allergies.

I never spent a summer in the high desert in New Mexico near Santa Fe before.

The mountains are covered with wild flowers in very color, blooming everywhere. The vibrant green glow of life force covers the desert floor, it’s incredible.

My body thinks it’s a threat and has activated a hard core allergic response.

I surrender.

I’m preparing for the river trip of great surrender and on a parallel track I’m surrendering to the reality that I am not be well enough to go which now makes the surrender of going on the trip seem so easy.

I feel disappointed. I feel like I’m missing a lifetime opportunity.

I surrender.
I trust.
I slow down and listen.

The aspect of me that wants to push, to go, to make it happen is activated.

My body is overriding that drive, so while I thought this week is about preparing for a different surrender, my experience is more challenging than I imagined.

My mind knows that fighting surrender will only make the message louder and more intense, yet the fight stress response is pushing on me.

An invitation to surrender and surrender in ways that you may not expect.
